Coordinated Care Matters
We enhance primary care—we don't replace it.
ConciCollege is not a replacement for a pediatrician, internist, or primary care clinician. The best care happens when it's coordinated. When ongoing management is needed, we will encourage follow-up and—when appropriate and with your student's permission—collaborate with their primary physician to support continuity of care.
View Membership OptionsLocal Follow-Up When You're Far Away
Trusted, experienced care—right where your student is.
Is your student dealing with an acute illness or injury that started at home and now needs follow-up while they're away at school? We can help. ConciCollege can provide a trusted local clinical partner to guide next steps, coordinate appropriate follow-up, and help your student access the kind of care we would want for our own child.
What that means in practice:
Rest assured: you may be far away, but your student can still have a steady, caring local presence.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where is in-person care available?
Conciurgent Care can provide in-person visits within ~30 miles of downtown Chicago when clinically appropriate. In-person services are not included in the ConciCollege membership, but can be added with transparent pricing and simple scheduling.
Is telehealth available outside the Chicago area?
Yes. 24/7 telehealth is available throughout Illinois.
Is in-home care allowed in private housing?
Yes. In-home care is allowed for private housing (apartments/houses) when clinically appropriate.
Can you see my student in a dorm?
Dorm visits depend on the school's housing access rules. Care delivered in a dorm is dependent on individual housing guidelines and residence hall entry policies.
Do you replace a primary care doctor, pediatrician, or internist?
No. ConciCollege is designed to enhance care, not replace it. The best care is coordinated, and when ongoing management is needed we will encourage follow-up and—when appropriate and with permission—collaborate with your student's primary physician.
How does payment work for add-on services?
Add-on services are purchased with credit card payment upfront and we can generate a superbill upon request. All pricing is transparent and shared in advance.
What if this is an emergency?
If your student has severe or life-threatening symptoms, call 911 or seek emergency care immediately. We will always be honest when emergency evaluation is the safest choice.
